Cancellation rights
You may withdraw from the sale within 14 days without any justification, as long as you send your cancellation in writing (letter or e-mail)
If you cancel your order you must take care of the goods and return them to us complete, unused, in 'as new' condition, and must be returned with the original box, packaging and accessories. If we find that a product has not been returned to us in a fully re-saleable condition, or the packaging is damaged, then we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item or deduct up to 30% of the original selling price. This does not affect your statutory rights. Return the goods in the original packaging at your own expense by recorded delivery within 30 days of cancelling the order.
Whilst the goods are in your possession you will be liable for the cost of repairing any damage.
The time frame for the return of goods begins once you have received the goods.

Damaged / Faulty goods on delivery
The Buyer shall inspect the goods immediately upon receipt and shall notify Lake Home & Leisure by email: lee@lake-renewable-energy.com within 2 working days of delivery if the goods are damaged or do not comply with any of the contract. If the buyer fails to do so the buyer shall be deemed to have accepted the goods. We will provide you with full return details. You must take care of the goods and return them to us in the original packaging.
